Getting closer to the premier

Hannah Holgersson, Magnus Holmander, Staffan Scheja, Christian Svarfvar and Hanna Dahlkvist during rehearsal at Konstakademien

We are in the exciting process of giving birth to new music...

...and on the way there can be moments when you lose the big picture and get stuck in details... But during the rehearsal today we got much closer to the final result on several spots, and it's amazing how the music gets alive step by step!!
Now this day ends. New rehearsals tomorrow! Until then some rest! =)

Premier on Saturday of Tsurah by Jacob Mühlrad, and of Salomos Sång/Song of Salomo by Benjamin Staern. Both pieces composed for quintet; soprano (Hannah Holgersson), violin (Christian Svarfvar), piano (Staffan Scheja), cello (Hanna Dahlkvist) and clarniet (Magnus Holmander).
