Celebrating Georg Riedel and Jan Allan

Georg Riedel and Hannah Holgersson at Berwaldhallen
I feel very honoured to be part of the concert yesterday in a crowded Berwaldhallen, Stockholm. It was a celebration of the Swedish jazz icons Georg Riedel and Jan Allan, and the concert program pictured their intense musical life and great musical imprint on generations.
I was part of the piece Min Syster äger en Rosenkrans from 1973, composed by Georg Riedel. Beautiful and expressive music for voice and jazz ensemble/big band. It was a great joy for me singing the piece together with Radiojazzgruppen conducted by Georg himself!
