What an emotional evening yesterday.... During the premier of St Matthew Passion at Folkoperan the audience and the performers were immediately connected through the sincerity in music, expression and testimonies. An evening with open hearts and open minds!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all my wonderful colleagues involved. It's such a privilege to do this extraordinary performance with all of you! You are amazing!!
I will also give special thanks to director Joshua Sofaer for all your love and effort you put into this performance, and for handling all our personal output with sensitiveness!

Finally it's time!! Premier today of St Matthew Passion at Folkoperan! We are all excited and looking forward to meet a full auditorium tonight! The last couple of days we have rehearsed on important details and during the dress rehearsal last night we received lots of positive feedback from the audience! So, we are ready! Let's go!!!
The rehearsals of the St Matthew Passion at Folkoperan continued today and we begin to feel ready to give this emotional performance to the audience on Wednesday!
I also take the opportunity to congratulate J S Bach on his birthday today, the 21st of March!=)

Yesterday I had a wonderful moment rehearsing my main aria "Aus Liebe". I do this beautiful music together with fantastic musicians; Åsa Karlberg (flute), Kennet Bohman (oboe) and Bertil Färnlöf (oboe)!

Big thanks to Marinens Musikkår (the Royal Swedish Navy Band) and conductor Per-Otto Johansson for a wonderful tour and for a brilliant final yesterday, in Berwaldhallen, Stockholm! Such a joy singing to 1100 people who gave us standing ovations in return!

During this sunny early Spring afternoon we had a wonderful moment of music and joy in Crusellhallen (Konsert & Kongress), Linköping. Marinens Musikkår (the Royal Swedish Navy Band) was fantastic and I am proud of being their guest and soloist!=)
After the concert I met a lot of greatful people of the audience. Thank you all for coming!! And thanks to everyone who bought my EP Ave Maria!

An evening with the Royal Swedish Navy Band

...in Amiralitetskyrkan, Karlskrona, tonight! This concert was the premier of my tour with the Royal Swedish Navy Band and conductor Per-Otto Johansson. We had a great evening with music by Rossini, Grieg, Lehàr, Bernstein among others! Looking forward to next concert in Linköping on Sunday!

After an early flight this morning from Bromma/Stockholm to Ronneby I met the Royal Swedish Navy Band (Marinens Musikkår) in beautiful Karlskrona. Together with conductor Per-Otto Johansson we prepared the music for our tour. The tour will begin tomorrow here in Karlskrona, then move on to Linköping, Nyköping and finally Stockholm. Most welcome to these festive concerts (no admission!)!

Today all soloists of the upcoming St Matthew Passion met for a vocal sound check. Wonderful singers from different musical genres in an exciting and inspiring fusion! The Real Group; Katarina Henryson, Anders Edenroth, Morten Vinther and Anders Jalkéus (Emma Nilsdotter abscent) together with Janna Vettergren, Conny Thimander, Lars Arvidson and me!
