I'm so thankful for these past days, diving again into the amazing and magical music of Anders Hillborg... 

...in his Lontana in sonno (for soprano and orchestra, and with lyrics by Francesco Petrarca).

I feel such freedom in his music! Although Hillborg has noted every detail in his score, I can use all my vocal colours to embrace the divine melody lines combined with the strong lyrics! It's such a joy being in the middle of his significant harmonies!

My warmest thanks for this opportunity on a short notice; to BBC Philharmonic, conductor Clark Rundell and Anders Hillborg!
